​A first gesture in 16mm, composed of layered black-and-white footage to conjure mirrored figures—shadows of the self that flicker like Rorschach blots, revealing traces of the unconscious terrain that is the mind of an artist. Through these visual interventions, the film transforms the image into a site of reflection and duplication, where identity splits, dissolves, and reforms.

Neither strictly self-portrait nor abstraction, the work lingers in the space between recognition and ambiguity, presence and projection, exploring how identity can fracture, dissolve, and reform through the act of filming itself.
